Your Privacy, Plainly Stated
Privacy Policy
What we collect, why we collect it, and how to stay in control of your information. Last updated October 1, 2026.
Our promise
We are a small social club, and we treat your information the way we would want ours treated — with care, and only for the things that actually help us host you. We do not sell your personal information.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you book a seat, join a membership, register for a class, sign up for our email circle, or send us a note, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), and payment details through our secure payment processor. We see enough to process your transaction; we do not store full card numbers ourselves.
Information collected automatically. When you visit this website, our hosting and analytics tools may collect your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you view, and the times of your visit. This helps us understand which sessions and classes are most loved so we can plan the calendar.
2. Cookies & tracking technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies (like pixels and local storage) to remember your preferences, keep you signed in where relevant, and measure traffic. There are two kinds you should know about:
- Essential cookies — needed for the website to work, such as remembering items in a booking. These cannot be turned off if you want to use the site.
- Analytics & preference cookies — help us count visits and understand what is popular. You can decline these without breaking the site.
Most browsers let you manage or delete cookies in their settings. Turning them off may limit some features, but you will still be able to read about us and reach out.
3. How we use your information
We use what we collect to:
- Book, confirm, and manage your seats, classes, and memberships;
- Process payments and send receipts;
- Send you updates on open play, classes, and events (only if you ask for them);
- Reply to your questions and notes;
- Plan our calendar and improve the club; and
- Meet our legal, accounting, and safety obligations.
4. Text messages (SMS)
If you opt in to text messages, we will send only the messages you asked for — session reminders, event updates, or the occasional friendly note. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP. For the full terms of our messaging program, please see our SMS Terms & Consent page.
5. How we share information
We share information only with the service providers who help us run the club — our payment processor, email and text platform, booking calendar, and website host. They are bound to protect your information and use it only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information when required by law.
6. How we protect your information
We use reasonable safeguards — secure payment processing, limited access on a need-to-know basis, and regular review of our tools. No method is perfectly secure, but we work hard to keep yours safe.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as we need it to run the club and meet our legal obligations. After that, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.
8. Your privacy choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain processing. To make any of these requests, or to unsubscribe from emails, reach us through our Visit Us page or reply to any message we send. We will respond within 30 days.
9. Children's privacy
Our club and website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. If you believe a minor has shared information with us, please let us know and we will remove it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above will reflect the most recent change.
